Please note: Care Services Network UK is not a direct care provider. We are an introduction platform. This means:
- We verify carer credentials and create profiles
- Families choose, interview, and hire their preferred carer directly
- Hours, rates, and schedules are agreed directly between the family and the carer
- We do not employ carers, set rotas, write care plans, or manage the delivery of care
What we do
Care Services Network UK is an introduction platform. We verify carer credentials — including DBS checks and references — based on documents submitted to us, and we help families find and connect with independent carers in their area. You can review profiles, arrange interviews, and choose the person who best fits your needs.
What we do not do
We do not employ carers, set rotas, write care plans, or manage the delivery of care. We cannot guarantee, supervise, or take responsibility for the quality, safety, or conduct of any carer listed on this platform. Hours, duties, and rates are agreed directly between you and your chosen carer. Families are responsible for conducting their own final checks and making their own informed decisions.

You choose. You manage. You decide. Once you've found the right match, you and your chosen carer agree on all arrangements — including hours, duties, and rates — directly. We are here to help you find them; you're in charge of the relationship.
